Returns

We do not accept returns on candles, diffusers, room sprays, or any home fragrance products. This ensures the integrity, safety, and freshness of every item we ship.
Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Order Issues & Damaged Items
Your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Once verified, we will gladly issue a replacement for the damaged item.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- Your package was lost in transit, verified by the carrier, and we are unable to replace the item.
- A duplicate order or accidental double charge occurred.
Refunds are not offered for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Scent preference
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
