At Ninety-Fifth Avenue, each product is handcrafted with intention and made to order. Please review our shipping details below to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Processing Times

Our current processing time is 5–7 business days before shipment.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend. Each candle is poured, cured, and packaged with care to ensure you receive a luxury-quality product.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

We are not responsible for:

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

1. Checking with neighbors or your leasing office
2. Waiting 24–48 hours for potential delayed delivery
3. Contacting the carrier directly for assistance

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

We cannot edit, reroute, or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 95avenueco@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging and box

We will gladly send a replacement for verified damages.

Local Delivery (Kansas City Area)

We currently offer limited local business delivery through our Candle Concierge service.

Residential delivery is not available unless part of a large or vendor order.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. More locations will be added as our brand grows.
