Cancellations Before Renewal

Customers may cancel their subscription or purchase option up to 48 hours before the next billing date. Cancellations made within this window will take effect immediately and you will not be charged for the upcoming order.

Cancellations After Renewal

Once an order has been processed or has begun production, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. This ensures accuracy, quality control, and timely fulfillment of all handcrafted items.
